Two forms on this site collect personal data, and their purposes are distinct. The contact form is used to arrange the meeting you requested and to continue the conversation afterwards. The trial request form is used to carry out pre-contractual steps taken at your request: checking the request, opening your trial workspace and contacting you about it. The consent box shown on that form, together with its timestamp and the version of the text you accepted, is kept as evidence of that consent. No payment details are requested. In both cases, CONCIPI may send you commercial communications about its offers. Your data is never sold to third parties, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, simply by replying to one of our messages or by writing to contact@aptessia.com. The data is kept for three years from our last exchange, then deleted automatically. For any question, or to exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability), write to contact@aptessia.com. CONCIPI has not appointed a data protection officer.
